Meeting the Babies

 My students started back today after having Christmas break.  They came back to 14 new baby goats!  We spent all morning out there and learned all kinds of new things.  They enjoyed it so much!

A Little Bit of a Lot

What have we been up to here at school?  We have looked for pine trees and gathered pine cones.  We have loved on all of the farm animals. We’ve gathered a little snow, made our wish list for Santa, and learned so much while doing all of these things.  It’s almost Christmas time!

 

Happy Resters

Mimi just keeps blessing us out here!  She wanted my students to have extra special, extra warm, and extra cuddly rest buddies for the winter.  They are awesome and the kiddos love them!  Thank you Mimi!

2 Special Gifts

My students received a very special gift from a very special lady...my Mimi!  Mimi has made us ornaments for years (family and friends).  These are not just any ordinary ornaments that she creates...they are some of the most amazing ornaments and some of my very favorites we hang on our Christmas tree each year.  She could not wait to make my students their ornaments for this year.  I have had them for a while but gave them out today.  Mimi used mini gourds for these.  My students felt so special today hanging them on our class tree.  She’s an amazing lady.  We all love Mimi!

We received another very special gift today from a very special family!  FlapJack has joined our “farmily” out here.  He is a Floppy Eared Bunny and as cute as you can even imagine!  All of the kiddos loved on FlapJack.  We painted his “home” today.  We will be able to take care of him together as a class.  So fun!
