Well...we decided to let our chickens out of their coop this morning. We put our dogs up and let them out. They walked around the school pecking and eating all morning while we played, explored, and learned! It was fun and then we just walked them back to their coop...with some left over Cheez It’s of course! My mom read the kiddos a book about blue birds and showed them our blue bird box.
My sweet little girl loves frogs and I told her we have a ton at our house. She wanted me to catch one..so of course I was up looking for frogs the other night and found one! She loves him and she named him “Ribbit.” He is now our class pet; or should I say class critter. 🤣
Ribbit rested with her today. It was pretty cute.
One of my students loves to build, dig tunnels, create, and cook! He’s been cooking in our mud kitchen all week.
One more thing happened today...we got our “Laundry Station” going. Washing, hanging, and folding to come. Good stuff....I even had a little one who raked some leaves for me! He was kind and helpful.
It’s been a fun fun week for us and we still have Friday!
